1. Have a daily todo list.
2. Use gmail.
3. Use RSS. *
4. Use Twitter.
5. Start a blog.
6. If you have an idea, write it down and come back to it.
7. Don’t publicize deadlines.

Revision3 (if you don’t know) was founded by the same guys who founded digg and host the massively popular video podcast diggnation. They also did an awesome lip dub video recently that has been doing the rounds.
